We collect your personal information when it is relevant to the needs of you as the visitor to our site, as well as if you applied for job, sent request for a quote, if you follow us in social networks etc. We mostly get the information from You, when you send your CV and fill in a certain form, or when we collect information via safety cameras in our business premises.
We will explain the purpose of processing of information and basis for it in the Law below.
All your personal information is treated as confidential, and Contract service and / or our reliable partners keep them in an appropriate way (for further information look at the section: Who can access your information?)
Depending on the way you got in touch with us, as well as the nature of the inquiry, this information can include name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as other information that you exchanged with us, and that are related to your inquiry.
We can process information collected this way in purpose of providing answers to your inquiries, as well as for the needs of collecting statistical information so we could upgrade our business. Anonymization is performed for the needs of statistics, so that information cannot be related to an actual person.
Contact Service processes your information when you visit this web page. Different information is exchanged between your computer and our server on this occasion, which may include personal information. Information collected this way are used for the optimization of our web page.
During the visit to our web page, browser you use on your computer will automatically and without your activity send the following information to the server of our web page:
- IP address of the device from which an inquiry was sent and that has an online access,
- Time and date of the access,
- Name and URL of downloaded database,
- Web page / application from which the access is performed (referrer URL),
- Browser you are using and, if it is necessary, operational system of the computer which supports the internet, as well as the name of your internet provider.
Server temporarily keeps stated information in so-called log database for the following purposes:
- Providing establishing of uninterrupted connection,
- Providing of comfortable use of our web page / application,
- Assessing security and stability of the system.
Legal basis for the processing of IP address is Legitimate interest, which arises out of aforementioned purpose of processing of information, considering that it is technical condition for the functioning of site. We don’t reveal this information to third parties. Information are temporarily saved, during the visit to the webpage; they are automatically erased afterwards.
We use so-called cookies on our web page. Cookies are small databases that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone etc.) during the visit to our web page. Cookies don’t harm your device, don’t contain viruses, trojans or other malware.

We process the information collected on social networks in purpose of interaction and improving relationship with the followers.
Information collected on social network and on the basis of consent, comments, video footage, photos, likes etc. are published by the operator. Contact Service doesn’t share them with third parties and keeps the right to erase illegal contents, hateful comments, explicit content and information that represent a felony.
Relationship with the operator of social networks is in accordance with article 45. of the Law (shared responsibility).
For the methods of web following which are enabled by the operator of social network, operator and us are jointly responsible. Web tracking can follow independent of you being signed up or registered to the platform of social network. Unfortunately, as we mentioned, we only have a limited influence to the methods of web tracking of the operator; for example, we cannot disable them.
Legal basis for the methods of web tracking is Legitimate interest, which comprises of optimization of the platform of social network and particular fan page.
Contact service uses video surveillance for safety of its employees and property and in purpose of revealing felonies and other controversial situations. Notice of video surveillance is displayed at the entrance to our premises. We keep information collected this way in time period that enables us to help regulatory bodies in the implementation of the law. Only authorized personnel of Contact service have an access to information.
The selection process and employment in the company Contact Service begins by voluntary delivery of biography (Curriculum Vitae) to the email address careers@contactservice.info or some other address if stated otherwise. All stated information goes to our CRM Candidate system, based on which user of the information (an employee of Contact Service) performs selection.
We use your information on the basis of your consent, as well as our Legitimate interest, so we could conduct selection process, fill a vacancy and while doing that employ the best candidate.
If you give your consent, we will keep your information during the period of 2 (two) years.
Personal information we collect from clients are: name and surname of contact person, email addresses, telephone numbers.
All aforementioned information is entered into CRM system.
All aforementioned information is used in business purposes, for the upgrade of business and business relations.
Contact Service performs processing of personal information on the basis of its Legitimate interests, as well as on the basis of consent of clients and business partners.
Personal information of clients and business partners are kept in CRM system during the whole time necessary for the realization of the purpose for which they were collected.
Depending on the client, Contact Service can, as a processor, process following personal information: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number etc. Our policy implies collecting only that personal information that are necessary for clearly determined purposes, so we ask our clients to give us personal information only when it is needed for the mentioned purposes.
When we need to process personal information for the needs of providing professional services, we ask clients to notify parties to which the information is related to (hereinafter: “Information carriers”) that their information will be used. Our clients can use relevant sections of this Privacy policy, meaning they can refer information carriers to using the same, if they deem it necessary.
Our rule is to collect personal information from our clients, or third parties that act in accordance with the instructions they received from the clients.
We can perform processing of personal information of the individuals connected to our corporate clients in accordance to our Legitimate business interests (like providing services to a client), or on the basis of consent for processing of personal information if it was requested by the information carrier.
We keep personal information processed this way for the time period necessary for realization of the purpose in which information is collected.
In our company, only those sectors that need your information in goal of fulfilling contractual or legal obligations, or in purpose of fulfilling Legitimate interests can access the information you have put at disposal. We hire other service providers within contractual relations, and they can get access to Your personal information as well. In such cases, following the rules on the protection of personal information is ensured with special contract.
We keep personal information as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of aforementioned purposes. While doing so, we follow the legal safety obligations. We create the criteria for the period of keeping information in accordance with the purpose. On the other hand, information collected on the basis of consent can be kept as long as there are basis for it, or until consent is recalled.
Within our business arrangement, you are obliged to deliver those personal information which are necessary for the beginning, implementation and termination of the contractual relation and for the fulfilment of obligations related to it, as well as for which collecting we have legal duty, or we have the right on the basis of our Legitimate interests. Without that information, we won’t be able to start a business relation with you.

• To limit the processing of Your information if you think the processing is unlawful, if you made an objection or if you think that Contact Service doesn’t need your information.
• To file a complaint to the way we process your information, even in the cases in which there’s no dispute whether we process your information in accordance with the law.
• To file a complaint to Ombudsman, in accordance with the Law.

Prikupljamo Vaše lične podatke kada je to relevantno za potrebe Vas kao posetioca našeg sajta, kao i ukoliko ste aplicirali za posao, poslali upit za ponudu, ukoliko nas pratite na društvenim mrežama i sl. Informacije uglavnom dobijamo direktno od Vas, kada pošaljete svoj CV i popunite određeni formular, ili kada prikupimo podatke putem bezbednosnih kamera u našim poslovnim prostorijama.

Sve Vaše lične informacije tretiraju se kao poverljive, a Contact Service i/ili naši pouzdani partneri ih čuvaju na adekvatan način (za više informacija pogledajte odeljak: Ko ima pristup Vašim podacima?).
U zavisnosti od načina na koji ste stupili u kontakt sa nama kao i vrste upita, ti podaci mogu obuhvatiti ime, prezime, broj telefona, adresu e-pošte, ostale informacije o Vama koje ste razmenili sa nama, a koje su u vezi sa Vašim upitom.
Podatke prikupljene na ovaj način možemo obrađivati u svrhe pružanja odgovora na Vaše upite, kao i za potrebe prikupljanja statističkih podataka kako bismo unapredili naše poslovanje. Za potrebe statistike biće izvršena anonimizacija, tako da podatak ne može biti doveden u vezu sa konkretnim licem.
Contact Service obrađuje Vaše podatke prilikom posete ove internet stranice. Tom prilikom se razmenjuju različiti podaci između Vašeg uređaja i našeg servera, pri čemu može da se radi o podacima o ličnosti. Podaci prikupljeni na taj način se koriste za optimizaciju naše internet stranice.
Prilikom posete naše internet stranice, pretraživač koji koristite na Vašem uređaju će automatski i bez Vaše aktivnosti poslati na server naše internet stranice:
- IP adresu uređaja sa kog je poslat upit i koji ima pristup internetu,
- datum i vreme pristupa,
- ime i URL preuzete datoteke,
- internet stranicu/aplikaciju sa koje se pristupa (referrer URL),
- pretraživač koji koristite i, ako je potrebno, operativni sistem računara koji podržava internet, kao i ime Vašeg provajdera.
Navedene podatke server privremeno čuva u takozvanoj log datoteci u sledeće svrhe:
- obezbeđivanje uspostavljanja nesmetane veze,
- obezbeđivanje komfornog korišćenja naše internet stranice/aplikacije,
- procena bezbednosti i stabilnosti sistema.
Pravni osnov za obradu IP adrese je Legitimni interes, koji proizlazi iz gore navede svrhe obrade podataka, budući da je to tehnički uslov za funcionisanje sajta. Ove podatke ne prenosimo trećim licima. Podaci se čuvaju privremeno i to za vreme posete stranici, a zatim se automatski brišu.
Na našoj internet stranici koristimo takozvane kolačiće. Kolačići su male datoteke koje se čuvaju na Vašem uređaju (laptop, tablet, smartphone itd.) i to prilikom posete našoj internet stranici. Kolačići ne nanose štetu Vašem uređaju, ne sadrže viruse, trojance ili druge zlonamerne softvere.

Podatke na društvenim mrežama velikim delom obrađuje sam operater, i na taj deo Contact Service ima ograničen uticaj. Detaljnije informacije o obradi podataka od strane operatera platformi društvenih mreža i o mogućnostima prigovora možete pronaći u njihovim pravilima o zaštiti podataka:

Podatke prikupljene na društvenim mrežama obrađujemo u svrhu interakcije i unapređenja odnosa sa pratiocima.
Podatke prikupljene na društvenim mrežama na osnovu pristanka- komentare, video snimke, slike, lajkov itd, objavljuje operater. Contact Service ih ne deli sa trećim licima i zadržava pravo brisanja nezakonitih sadržaja, komentara mržnje, eksplicitnih sadržaja i podatke koji predstavljaju krivično delo.
Sa operaterom društvene mreže delom postoji odnos u skladu sa čl. 45 Zakona (zajednička odgovornost):
Za metode web praćenja koje operater platforme društvene mreže omogućava, operater i mi smo zajednički odgovorni. Web praćenje (webtracking) može pritom da usledi i nezavisno od toga da li ste na platformu društvene mreže prijavljeni ili registrovani. Kao što smo već napomenuli, nažalost samo ograničeno možemo da utičemo na metode web praćenja operatera, na primer ne možemo da ih isključimo.
Pravni osnov za metode web praćenja je Legitiman interes, koji se sastoji u tome da se platforma društvene mreže i konkretna fan stranica (fan-page) optimizuju.
Contact Service koristi video nadzor za potrebe bezbednosti zaposlenih i imovine i radi otkrivanja krivičnih dela i drugih spornih situacija. Obaveštenje o video nadzoru se nalazi na ulazu u naše poslovne prostorije. Čuvamo informacije prikupljene tim putem u vremenskom periodu koji nam omogućava da pomognemo regulatornim telima i organima za sprovođenje zakona. Pristup podacima imaju samo ovlašćena lica u Contact Service-u.
Proces selekcije i zapošljavanja u kompaniji Contact Service počinje dobrovoljnim dostavljanjem CV-ja (biografije) na mail careers@contactservice.info ili neku drugu adresu ako je tako oglašeno. Svi navedeni podaci se slivaju u naš CRM Kandidati sistem, na osnovu kojeg korisnik podataka, koji je zaposlen u Contact Service-u, vrši selekciju.
Vaše podatke koristimo na osnovu Vašeg pristanka, kao i našeg Legitimnog interesa, kako bismo sproveli proces selekcije, popunili radno mesto i na taj način zaposlili najboljeg kandidata.
Vaše podatke, ukoliko nam date saglasnost, ćemo čuvati tokom perioda od 2 (dve) godine.
Podaci o ličnosti koje prikupljamo od klijenata su: ime i prezime kontakt osoba, e-mail adrese, brojevi telefona.
Svi navedeni podaci se unose u CRM sistem.
Svi navedeni podaci se koriste u poslovne svrhe, radi unapređenja poslovanja i poslovnih veza.
Contact Service vrši obradu podataka o ličnosti na osnovu svojih Legitimnih interesa, kao i na osnovu pristanka klijenata i poslovnih partnera.
Podaci o ličnosti klijenata i poslovnih partnera zadržavaju se u CRM sistemu sve vreme neophodno za realizaciju svrhe u koju su prikupljeni.
U zavisnosti od klijenta koji je rukovalac, Contact Service kao obrađivač može da vrši obradu sledećih podataka o ličnosti: ime, prezime, adresu, e-mail adresu, broj telefona i dr. Naša politika podrazumeva prikupljanje samo onih podataka o ličnosti koji su potrebni za jasno određene svrhe te od klijenata tražimo da nam povere podatke o ličnosti samo onda kada je to potrebno u pomenute svrhe.
Kada treba da obradimo podatke o ličnosti za potrebe pružanja profesionalnih usluga, od klijenata tražimo da obaveste lica na koje se podaci odnose (u daljem tekstu „Nosioci podataka“) da će njihovi podaci biti korišćeni. Naši klijenti mogu da koriste relevantne odeljke ove Politike privatnosti, odnosno da upute nosioce podataka da koriste iste, ukoliko to smatraju potrebnim.
Po pravilu, podatke o ličnosti prikupljamo od klijenata, odnosno trećih lica koji postupaju u skladu sa instrukcijama koje su dobili od klijenata.
Mi možemo da vršimo obradu ličnih podataka fizičkih lica povezanih sa našim korporativnim klijentima na osnovu naših Legitimnih poslovnih interesa (npr. pružanje usluga klijentu), odnosno na osnovu saglasnosti za obradu podataka ukoliko je ista tražena od nosioca podataka.
Tako obrađene podatke o ličnosti zadržavamo tokom vremenskog perioda neophodnog za realizaciju svrhe u koju su podaci prikupljeni.
Unutar naše kompanije, pristup podacima, koje ste nam stavili na raspolaganje, imaju samo oni sektori kojima su isti neophodni za ispunjenje ugovornih ili zakonskih obaveza ili u svrhu ispunjenja Legitimnih interesa. U okviru ugovornog odnosa, angažujemo i druge pružaoce usluga, koji mogu da dobiju pristup Vašim ličnim podacima. Pridržavanje propisa o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti se u ovim slučajevima obezbeđuje ugovorom.
Lične podatke čuvamo onoliko koliko je to neophodno za ispunjenje gore navedenih svrha. Pri tome, vodimo računa o zakonskim obavezama čuvanja. Kriterijume za period čuvanja podataka kreiramo u skladu sa svrhom. S druge strane, podaci dobijeni na osnovu pristanka se mogu čuvati dokle god postoji osnov, odnosno dok se pristanak ne opozove.
U okviru našeg poslovnog odnosa u obavezi ste da nam dostavite one lične podatke koji su neophodni za započinjanje, sprovođenje i okončavanje ugovornog odnosa i za ispunjenje obaveza koje su povezane sa tim, kao i za čije prikupljanje imamo zakonsku obavezu ili imamo pravo na osnovu legitimnih interesa. Bez tih podataka, po pravilu nećemo biti u mogućnosti da započnemo poslovni odnos sa vama.
• da Vam omogućimo pristup Vašim ličnim podacima, da odgovorimo za koje svrhe se koriste podaci koji se tiču Vas, kao i da pristupite takvim ličnim podacima, da znate svrhu obrade, kategorije Vaših ličnih podataka koje čuvamo, treće strane ili kategorije trećih strana sa kojima se Vaši lični podaci dele, period tokom kog zadržavamo podatke;
• da zahtevate ispravku netačnih, pogrešno unetih i/ili zastarelih podataka;
• da zatražite brisanje Vaših ličnih podataka ukoliko se obrada zasniva na Vašem pristanku. Pristanak možete opozvati u svakom trenutku, tako što ćete se odjaviti na način koji smo predvideli (slanjem mail-a na dataprotection@contactservice.info). Ukoliko je osnov zakon ili legitimni interes, ne možemo udovoljiti Vašem zahtevu za brisanjem podataka;
• da ograničite obradu Vaših podataka ukoliko smatrate da je obrada nezakonita, ako ste istakli prigovor ili ako smatrate da Contact Service-u više nisu potrebni Vaši podaci;
• da podnesete prigovor na način na koji obrađujemo Vaše podatke, čak i u slučajevima kada nije sporno da podatke obrađujemo u skladu sa Zakonom;
• da uputite pritužbu Povereniku za zaštitu podataka o ličnosti, u skladu sa Zakonom.
Ova Politika stupa na snagu dana 21.08.2019. godine. Politika privatnosti će biti predmet redovnih revizija, a svaku ažuriranu verziju ćemo postaviti na ovu internet stranicu.
